Meditation: design fitness tools to use even in the garden.
In that period, spent in our home, we had two choices: to remain defenceless face to what was happening, or get busy and find a sort of “micro – normality “ in our home. And in this way, our rooms have become home gyms equipped with different design fitness tools , a place for virtual meetings ( with the children in the other room arguing, the dog barking, the neighbor screaming in the background).. and so on and so forth.
It was certainly a period in which we rediscovered the beauty of the little things that maybe we took for granted, or we discovered a new way of living and training.
Maybe to keep our nerves calm – and especially our mind – we approached some meditation and yoga practices that we are still carrying out today.
If this is your case, and maybe you love being outdoors, you can also carry out your meditation and your practice in your garden rather than in a public park and find the opportunity to find your spiritual center. Those who practice meditation and yoga know very well how much is important the support of fitness design tools used during the practice. These accessories, in fact, in addition to look good from the aesthetical point of view, have also technical qualities and features that facilitate the performance of the position, allowing our body to remain comfortable.

Meditation in the garden with the yoga brick EVER Life Design
In the garden choose where to place the design fitness tools , maybe you can put the yoga brick under a tree, to remain in the shade.
If you want, before your brick, you can put a cloth on the terrain or on the floor, or the fitness mat made of natural cork.
Place the cork brick so that you can sit on it with comfort.
Once seated, cross your legs in the lotus position, taking care to put the right leg on the front. In this position, try to keep your back straight and feel the contact with the ischium with the brick.
Place the palms in a prayer position, making sure that the shoulders remain low and that the hands come together at the height of the heart.
Now close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Inhale deeply, being careful to start your breath in the lower part of the belly; while you breathe imagine a beam of light that starts from your head and illuminates your whole body.
Hold the air for two seconds and exhale letting go the air completely.
Start again, inhale and exhale, in the way we just said.
With this practice to do every day at the time most convenient for you, even for just ten minutes, and you will have the opportunity to find serenity and inner peace.
